By downloading, accessing, or using the PHOTOGOAT app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of PHOTOGOAT and provide important information about your rights and obligations. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully and thoroughly.If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use PHOTOGOAT.
PHOTOGOAT provides a platform for users to creatively alter and enhance their photographs. The app employs advanced AI technology to enable users to inpaint their photos – that is, to edit or create elements within the photo based on the user’s input. This service is provided through a credit-based system. As a user of PHOTOGOAT, you will receive an initial allotment of credits to explore the app’s capabilities. These credits are expended with each photo generation (API call). Once your initial credits are used, you have the option to purchase additional credits or subscribe to an auto-renewing package for continued use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). We encourage you to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about our practices. By continuing to use PHOTOGOAT after these changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. It’s important to ensure that you have all the necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload or modify using PHOTOGOAT.
Content Guidelines: PHOTOGOAT is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. You agree not to create, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. Notably, the sharing of Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content is strictly prohibited.
Content Monitoring and Censorship: We may employ measures to monitor and censor inappropriate or NSFW content.
Reporting and Contact: If you encounter or inadvertently create content that violates our guidelines, or if you believe there is a copyright infringement issue, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We take such matters seriously and will address them promptly.
Deletion of Content: User Content is not stored indefinitely. Images processed through PHOTOGOAT are automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days to respect your privacy and to manage our server capacity efficiently.
